Stakeholder Forum - A vision of a patient focused record
Participants from organisations involved in the several dimensions of development and implementation of electronic patient records, including patient representation, were invited to attend a Stakeholder Forum on the vision of a patient focused record

Developing standards for the structure and content of health records: A multi-specialty and multi-disciplinary workshop
Ninety-three professional organisations were invited to send respresentatives to the multi-disciplinary workshop to broaden professional engagement in the development of clinical record standards. Representatives attended from Royal Colleges, Specialist Societies, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional bodies

Electronic Patient Record Stakeholder Forum Meeting
The aim of the forum was to take further the sharing and understanding of matters relating to the establishment of standards in the development of the Electronic Patient Record. Attendees included representatives from BT, CSC, Cerner, Fujitsu, DNV, CHIME, Information Centre for Health and Social Care, NHS CFH, ISB and RCP
