Complaints about the standard of healthcare received or the conduct of a doctor fall outside the remit of the RCP. To steer patients in the right direction, the General Medical Council has developed an interactive guide called Patients' help.
Complaints about the RCP
If you wish to complain about the RCP please fill in the webform below. Complaints should be made within three months of the date in which the incident occurred. After submitting the complaint you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint and further information might also be requested. We will endeavour to investigate your complaint as quickly as possible.
