The RCP offer a wide range of opportunities for non-clinical professional development. From one- and two-day interactive workshops, through to RCP accreditations and postgraduate courses, we have programmes suitable for all grades and specialties.

In-house training
We can provide in-house training for doctors of all specialties and all grades, covering a wide range of topics. This is a cost-effective and convenient way to provide CPD courses for your doctors.
RCP accreditations
We offer three RCP accreditations; the 'RCP educator' accreditation, the 'Doctors as leaders' accreditation and the 'Educational supervisor' accreditation. All involve attendance at workshops and submission of short assignments.
E-resources
We have a wide range of e-resources which can be accessed via Athens, and a popular and successful blended-learning programme through the Peer Support Network.
Masters programmes
We deliver two prestigious Masters programmes: the postgraduate certificate, diploma and MSc in Medical Education with University College London, and the postgraduate certificate, diploma and MSc in Medical Leadership with Birkbeck College London.
E-learning
Our e-learning package ‘Preparing for revalidation’ is now available for purchase, and is suitable for any secondary care doctor going through the revalidation process.
