“Like many doctors entering positions of management and leadership, I felt like a fish out of water. My motivation for taking on the MSc was to try and rectify this and equip myself with the skills and knowledge to make a good job of the role I had taken on. The MSc has been a very effective way of achieving this aim”. Dr Josh Wright, Consultant Haematologist, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals
