In 2009, RCP London developed and implemented a co-ordinated approach to recruitment to Core Medical Training (CMT) posts for that year.
This activity was well received by parties involved in recruitment and the RCP has again taken up this role for 2010.
What's happening in 2010?
The application window in the first round of recruitment to CMT was open from Friday 4th - Friday 18th December 2009.
Those candidates whose applications are assessed as eligible will shortly be invited by deaneries to attend assessment centre interviews. Interviews began in some deaneries on Monday 25th January 2010, and will continue over the following weeks.
A second round of recruitment to 2010 CMT posts will be held later this year: applications open on Tuesday 30th March 2010 (9am GMT), and the deadline for submission is Friday 30th April 2010 (12noon GMT).
