Developing the College as a global organisation 

With over sixteen per cent of our Members and Fellows based overseas, across 80 counties, our international relations are critical.

The College aims to extend its influencing role in promoting high standards of healthcare globally.

The International Office focuses its activities to meet the needs of overseas Fellows and Members, strategic partners, individual countries and regions.

The office also provides support to International Medical Graduates in the UK.

International Focus newsletter 

International Focus, our newsletter is published every 3 months, with the collaboration of many contributors from overseas. It aims to update on RCP undertakings worldwide but also to give a voice to its  Members and Fellows overseas; a place to express their views and report developments from their corner of the globe.

Associate International Director new appointment

The International Office would like to welcome Dr Peter Trewby as the new Associate International Director for IMGs. Dr Trewby was appointed in November 2009.
