MSc in Medical Leadership

The MSc in Medical Leadership is an exciting programme that has been designed to give senior doctors a background to, and critical appreciation of, the field of organisational leadership and management. The programme focuses on the needs of senior clinicians, balancing academic rigour and workplace-based application in recognised healthcare environments.

The MSc award can be achieved in two to three years in the following stages:

RCP Educator accreditation

Delegates on the popular Physicians as Educators (PAE) programme can gain accreditation from the College to become an ‘RCP Educator’.

In order to become certified as an RCP Educator delegates need to attend workshops in the PAE programme and take part in an online forum.
