Health and Work Development Unit programme overview
The Health and Work Development Unit (HWDU) is a national centre of excellence for staff health and wellbeing quality improvement. HWDU works with organisation leaders and occupational health teams to improve the promotion of good health and wellbeing across the workforce, and the quality of occupational health care provision.
The HWDU programme delivers three major workstreams:
- occupational health clinical audit and quality improvement projects
- occupational health evidence-based guidelines
- organisational audit to promote staff health and wellbeing and quality improvement projects.
