The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) office of the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK enables physicians to engage in CPD with the provision of an online database of approved educational events, and a mechanism to record and reflect on CPD activities to meet our requirements for revalidation. We strive to improve the quality of educational events for physicians with event approval criteria and the facilitation of feedback from participants to evaluators and providers. The CPD Policy Committee, chaired by a Federation director of CPD, is responsible for strategic direction and ensuring the validity of the CPD scheme.
