The RCP is pleased to confirm that examiners involved with the DGM qualification will now receive CPD credits. A clinical examiner will receive the following external credits:
Examiners involved in question writing, standard setting and board meetings will also attract external credits.
Examiners can claim a maximum of 12 external credits across all examining activities per year. Any additional credits from examining activities can be claimed as personal credits. DGM credits will be included for activity since April 2012, and will be included in the annual CPD credit certificate issued in June 2013.
