Executive director of Finance
Catherine is the executive director of finance and heads up the finance and procurement functions.
She is responsible for the financial performance of the organisation, including statutory and internal reporting, budgeting and financial planning, treasury management, financial control and compliance with the financial regulations that govern the organisation’s activities. She provides financial advice and guidance to the Executive Leadership Team, Strategy Executive and Board of Trustees. Catherine has a passion for charity finance, ensuring that charitable funds are robustly and appropriately managed at all times.
Catherine is a qualified accountant and her career in finance spans over 20 years, in both the not-for-profit and commercial sectors. She has held prominent positions as the Finance Director for a large healthcare charity and a mutli-service law firm and brings a wealth of experience to this position. She has also held non-executive director positions in a number a large, complex housing associations and enjoys using her financial and business acumen to make a difference.
