International adviser – Uganda
Dr Oloo is an internal medicine physician and a Fellow of the East, Central and Southern Africa College of Physicians (ECSACOP).
A graduate student of a Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of York and as an internal medicine physician, Stella currently practices at Kisubi Hospital and International Medical Center in Kampala, Uganda.
Stella was the pioneer Programme Manager of ECSACOP, where she coordinated the programmatic development and implementation of ECSACOP’s objectives in six countries in Africa. Including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi.
