Lucy is a student doctor at the University of Cambridge and is passionate about working with students from all backgrounds to improve access to medical school.
Lucy hopes to use her mentoring experience to support the SFDN’s initiative to recruit, motivate and inspire more medical students to maintain the future workforce of the NHS.
In addition, Lucy is eager to continue exploring the field of research, with special interests in HIV and cancer, and is empowered to increase the number of women working in academic medicine. Most of all, Lucy is excited to get on to the wards to start working with patients.
