Professor Charles Baden-Fuller

Lay trustee

Professor Charles Baden-Fuller has been a lay trustee for RCP since 2018.

He is currently the centenary professor of strategy and leader of the Strategy Group at Cass Business School, City, University of London. Charles has worked extensively with not-for-profit organisations, including Shelter and British Society for Gastroenterology (awarded the presidents medal for his services to the society), and is currently an adviser to Oxfam on their overseas ventures in the field of agriculture that promotes women in entrepreneurship in developing countries.

Charles’ honours include being a senior fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania since 2010, editor-in-chief of Long Range Planning 1999–2010, Fellow of the Strategic Management Society, Fellow of Academy of Social Sciences, and Fellow of British Academy of Management.
