International adviser – Nigeria
Professor Foluso Lesi has been in medical practice for over 30 years as a specialist in neuro-developmental paediatrics. Since 1995, he has been teaching, researching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate doctors.
He has held many leadership positions, including being a former secretary general of the West African College of Physicians. Most recently the immediate past Provost of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos.
He is currently director of the International Office of the WACP and an international adviser to the Royal College of Physicians London. He is a foundation fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Medicine, and the Academy of Medicine Specialties.
