Information on the RCP's events cancellation policy and privacy policy.

Cancellation policy

Booking is a contract. Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be made for cancellations notified within 14 days of the event, but substitute delegates will be accepted at any time if eligible for this event. 

The RCP reserves the right to change the programme and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice. It also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the event, in which case a full refund will be issued for your booking. If the event is cancelled, the RCP is not responsible for refunding the cost of pre-booked delegate travel and accommodation.

Privacy policy

The RCP maintains a secure bookings database for the organisation of its events. Information you supply on this booking form will be held by the RCP and retained to shape future events and inform you of other RCP events and services.

The RCP will share the event delegate list with other delegates, speakers and sponsors attending this event. The delegate list will contain your name, job title and place of work (but not your contact details). This is standard practice at RCP events.

Use of your contact information by approved sponsors and partners

The RCP may share the information you supply with approved sponsors and partners in order to facilitate this event. The approved sponsors and partners at this event may also wish to contact you regarding their services.
