The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) offers an exclusive one-to-one mentoring scheme for doctors in training as they develop their careers. The scheme is an RCP member benefit open to foundation doctors, core trainees and specialty trainees.

Why be mentored?

The RCP mentoring scheme gives you the unique opportunity to receive individual guidance and support tailored to your personal career goals. Whatever your interests, needs or ambitions, one of our UK-wide mentors will be right for you.

Who is eligible?

If you are a subscribing RCP member and are in foundation, core medical or specialty training then you are eligible to become an RCP mentee. If you aren't currently an RCP member but would like access to this benefit, you can sign up to membership online.

As a core medical trainee or specialty trainee, you can also become an RCP mentor.
