The RCP is looking to recruit two new posts in the Medical Workforce Unit.
A clinical adviser in flexible working, provides the opportunity to support the RCP’s work and promotion of flexible working across all grades of the physician workforce. Interested candidates must be an RCP fellow and will be expected to demonstrate interest and experience in physician workforce issues.
A clinical adviser in statistics, provides the opportunity to develop a granular understanding of the physician workforce and the challenges it is facing. Interested candidates must be an RCP fellow and will be expected to demonstrate experience of statistical analysis and inference.

The deadline for applications is Tuesday 31 May 2022 and shortlisted candidates are expected to be available for interview on the afternoon of Thursday 9 June. Please note that interviews will be conducted virtually with details provided to shortlisted candidates.
