Annual general meeting of fellows and FitzPatrick lecture 2023 - in person

This year's annual general meeting of fellows will be preceeded by the 2023 FitzPatrick lecture.  We are pleased to be able to offer fellows the chance to attend in person or join virtually.

How to book - in person

Registration has now closed for in-person attendance at the FitzPatrick lecture and AGM.  Please contact rcpevents@rcp.ac.uk if you wish to attend as we are not able to accept walk in registrations. 

Voting - in person

In order to participate in the voting in person you will need to bring a mobile device (phone, tablet, laptop) with you and ensure you have adequate mobile coverage or access to the RCP Wi-Fi. 

You will be given a link to access the voting portal within your reminder email and a member of our team will also be available to troubleshoot on the day. 

Fellows dinner

Pre-booking is required for all fellows intending to join us for dinner.  Registration for dinner has now closed and we are unable to accommodate any further booking requests.

How to attend - virtually

All eligible fellows will be automatically registered for virtual attendance for the AGM and FitzPatrick lecture.

Fellows will be emailed with preliminary information about the AGM by Wednesday 16 August 2023.  This will include a link to watch the full broadcast including the FitzPatrick lecture. 

This email will be sent from no-reply@eckoenterprise.net.  More information will be circulated in due course and the AGM papers will be uploaded to the website at least two weeks prior to the AGM.

If you have not received an email by Monday 21st  August 2023, please email rcpevents@rcp.ac.uk or call 020 3075 2389. We encourage you to access the website as soon as you have received the email to ensure that you do not have any issues in accessing the broadcast page and associated documentation on the day.
