Navigating patient safety: An in-depth introduction to incident investigations and human factors

This Medical Care - driving change webinar focuses on what PSIRF is and how investigations have changed. Our expert panel will take your questions, and we encourage you to share your experiences and feedback on how PSIRF is working in your organisation.

This webinar is part of the navigating patient safety series on Medical Care - driving change. This is the first of three webinars we’re running with the post-graduate medical education team at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. They’re aimed at doctors in training and other members of the multi-disciplinary team who are maybe less familiar with the science of patient safety, human factors and incident investigations.
