The RCP looks forward to welcoming you and your guests (maximum of three guests) to our joint new members’ and fellows’ ceremony in Cardiff, Wales on Wednesday 23 November 2022.
There will be a strong Welsh theme to our celebration with musical entertainment. Light refreshments will be served during the afternoon. Members and fellows receiving their diplomas are invited to attend with up to two guests. The afternoon will have a unique family feel to it, so children are welcome as part of your guest allocation, however please note, we do not have creche facilities.
We have a limited number of spaces, so advance booking is essential.
Celebratory reception
The RCP is pleased to invite each new fellow and their guests to the celebratory reception after the ceremony, which includes a standing buffet and drinks reception. New fellows can attend free of charge and guests are also eligible to attend at a charge of £35 each for each guest over 12 years. Children are welcome to stay for the buffet reception and those aged under 12 years can attend free of charge.
Please be aware that you have book and register in advance to attend the buffet.
Gown hire and photography
Gown hiring services will be available from 2pm. Members and fellows may hire gowns to be worn during the ceremony or for official photography only.

Who can attend?
This event is for members and fellows to receive their MRCP(UK) and FRCP diploma, witnessed by their family.
