The RCP looks forward to welcoming you and your guests (maximum of four adult guests) to this new members admissions ceremony on 13 February 2018. There will be refreshments on arrival, tours of the building and gardens, a drinks reception after the ceremony, and an option to attend a buffet dinner afterwards.
The RCP is pleased to invite each new member and their guests to the buffet after the ceremony, which includes a wide range of hot and cold culinary delights. New members can attend free of charge and guests are also eligible to attend at a charge of £35 each. Children are welcome to stay for the buffet reception and those aged under 16 years can attend free of charge.
Please be aware that you have to be booked and registered to attend the buffet.
The crèche is run by experienced staff from Jack in the Box Mobile Crèche, who will care for and entertain your children with games and activities in the Linacre Room. The crèche can offer places to children between the ages of 6 months and 8 years. The crèche needs to be booked in advance as places are limited.
There is a £15 charge for each child and details (such as names and ages) need to be submitted 5 days before the date of the ceremony, including payment.
Bookings can only be made through this website so please do not contact the crèche directly.
Gown hiring services will be available from 2pm. New members may hire gowns to be worn during the ceremony or for official photography only. The Graduate Gowning Company (GGC) – by Tempest Photography – will be providing the gowning service and they will be located in the Park Room.

A DVD of the ceremony will be available for sale from the RCP filming service. To order your DVD please visit the filming service stand located in the Lasdun Hall, and provide us with your details and payment. The DVD will be sent to you in the post after the ceremony.
The DVD will cost £30, or you can order three for £50. Each additional copy after this will cost an additional £10.
