The Royal College of Physicians invites you to experience the delights of one of London’s exclusive private gardens, where we are holding our RCP500 Garden Party.
You will enjoy a luxury afternoon tea served all afternoon in the marquee from 2–6pm, with guest speakers, a memorabilia market, outdoor games, children’s entertainment, live music and more.
Park Square, owned by the Royal Parks and rarely open to the public, is a short walk away from the RCP’s Grade I listed headquarters. In addition to enjoying the architecture, you will be able to visit our exhibition Ceaseless motion: William Harvey’s experiments in circulation, which explores the life, work and legacy of revolutionary anatomist William Harvey.
Guided tours are available, bookable on the day. Children are welcome.
Delegates at the RCP’s annual conference Innovation in Medicine and RCP staff can attend the garden party for a discounted rate of £20.
Formal daywear or equivalent required for ladies. Lounge suits or equivalent for gentlemen. Ties are encouraged; no sportswear, jeans, shorts or leggings though please.
