The Mersey region's flagship conference for members and fellows and other physicians provides high-quality education and professional development, as well as a guest lecture on a topic not frequently covered by physicians.
This year the update will be back at the Liverpool Medical Institution and is set to have a packed agenda full of educational and interesting topics. The day will include an open forum with Professor Andrew Goddard, president of the Royal College of Physicians.
The conference will also feature a lecture by the Mersey winner of the Turner Warwick lecture scheme.
This event is aimed at all levels of the profession; consultant physicians, SAS doctors and trainees in all medical specialties. This event is often very popular, so we would encourage you to book early.
Topics are due to include:
- Antiemetics in palliative care
- Liver failure
