The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee explored key issues raised by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman's (PHSO) 'A report of investigations into unsafe discharge from hospital', and the actions needed to address those issues.
The RCP believes that physicians and medical professionals have a key role to play not only in managing ill health, but also in supporting people to live healthier lives.
