This NICE guideline aims to improve recognition and diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis, as well as to improve the quality of care, information provision and support for people with both acute and chronic pancreatitis.

This guideline covers care and treatment of people aged 18 and over with a type of heart attack known as spontaneous onset of myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation (STEMI).
