The three Royal Colleges of Physicians in collaboration with the Joint Royal Colleges of Physicians Training Board launched the Medical Class of 2021 - Post CCT survey on 7 February. This survey was sent to all doctors in the medical specialties in the UK gaining a CCT in 2021. The responses we receive back help us understand what works, what needs to change, what makes a difference when applying for a substantive post and how we can better support trainees through this time of transition.
So far, approximately 250 doctors out of a 1000 have completed the survey but in order for us to improve how we can support new consultants we need as many people as possible to complete it.
Medical CCT classes of 2019 and 2020 is the latest published report on the experiences of and outcomes for certificate of completion of training holders within 1 year of gaining their CCT in the medical specialties in the UK. Please click here for results from previous surveys.
