The Turner-Warwick lectures are probably best known for celebrating the life and achievements of its namesake – Dame Margaret Turner-Warwick, but for trainees, the scheme is a platform for showcasing research at the national level.

Now in its second year, the 2020 RCP Turner-Warwick lectures are in full swing with many regions’ submission coming to a close over the next 6 months.

The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has appointed Dr Alastair Gilmore and Dr Sonia Panchal as its deputy registrars following a competitive appointment process for these new roles.

Anton Emmanuel has been appointed to oversee the RCP’s three publications.
