The RCP has produced a resource in collaboration with the Society of Acute Medicine to support hospital doctors in improving the care and choices provided to people at the end of their life.

RCP president Professor Dame Jane Dacre invited delegates at Innovation in Medicine 2018 to experience the full programme of events, sessions and debates that will be taking place over the next 2 days.
