RCP launches Retirements 2019 survey

The three Royal Colleges of Physicians are calling on the consultant workforce to complete our Retirements 2019 survey. This is used to influence government regarding retirement plans, returning to work after retirement and pensions.

We want to know about the plans of consultants approaching or returning from retirement, so we can build up a better picture of the current workforce and how it is likely to change in the coming years. This will help us to help the government and the NHS plan for the future.

This year, we will once again be dividing the consultant census into a series of short surveys. In order to provide faster reporting of results and allow us to rapidly canvas opinion on topics that are currently of importance for physicians.

Complete the survey

This survey is being distributed to a portion of the consultant workforce via a personalised email from the RCP, which will allow invitees to access their personalised forms. It only takes five minutes to complete this short survey on Retirements. You can also complete the survey on your phone.

The Retirements survey will close on Friday 16 August, with the first 1,000 consultants to complete the survey entered into a draw to win an iPad.

If you haven't received an email regarding this survey but would like to contribute, please contact: mwucensus@rcplondon.ac.uk.
