The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is calling on the consultant workforce to complete our Wellbeing 2018 survey, which is used to influence government, support workforce planning, and contribute to national health policy.
This year, we will once again be dividing the consultant census into a series of short surveys, in order to provide faster reporting of results and allow us to rapidly canvas opinion on topics that are currently of importance for physicians.
- Explore the 2016–17 census of UK consultants and higher specialty trainees
- What the RCP is doing to represent the needs of the NHS workforce
Aside from the main shortened census, each consultant will only be asked to input into one of two short focused surveys throughout the year, and we would be very grateful if you could respond to this survey on the wellbeing of consultant physicians in the UK.
Complete the survey
This survey is being distributed to a portion of the consultant workforce via a personalised email from the RCP, which will allow invitees to access their personalised forms. It only takes 5 minutes to complete this short survey of six questions on consultant wellbeing – you can even fill it in on your phone.
The wellbeing survey will close on Friday 23 February 2018, with the first 1,000 consultants to complete the survey entered into a draw to win an iPad mini. If you haven't received an email regarding this survey but would like to contribute, contact mwucensus@rcplondon.ac.uk.
