The director of the medical workforce unit leads RCP’s strategy on workforce matters, and is the lead decision maker on RCP workforce projects ensuring they are aligned to RCP strategy and membership needs. Interested candidates must have at least 5 years standing as an RCP fellow and will be expected to demonstrate interest and experience in physician workforce issues.
