Recruitment for the Director of the Medical Workforce Unit

The RCP is looking to recruit a new post holder into this position.

The director of the medical workforce unit leads RCP’s strategy on workforce matters, and is the lead decision maker on RCP workforce projects ensuring they are aligned to RCP strategy and membership needs. Interested candidates must have at least 5 years standing as an RCP fellow and will be expected to demonstrate interest and experience in physician workforce issues.

The deadline for applications is Monday 25 October and shortlisted candidates are expected to be available for interview on Friday 12 November between 10.30 am and 3.00 pm. Please note that interviews will be conducted virtually with details provided to shortlisted candidates.
