The RCP marked World Diabetes Day on 14 November with a multidisciplinary conference in Amman, Jordan, where diabetes prevalence stands at more than 13%.

RCP members are working with west African colleagues in Freetown this week to deliver an intensive clinical skills course.

An intensive RCP / West African College of Physicians infectious diseases training course begins in Freetown on Monday 1 May 2017.

The RCP has joined the Alliance to Save our Antibiotics, which represents organisations from across Europe spanning the health, medical, and environmental sectors.
