The RCP has produced a resource in collaboration with the Society of Acute Medicine to support hospital doctors in improving the care and choices provided to people at the end of their life.

The Royal College of Physicians has been involved in producing new enhanced care guidance from the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FCIM). 

A new acute care toolkit from the Royal College of Physicians and the Society for Acute Medicine provides practical guidance for healthcare staff caring for pregnant women with an urgent medical problem like chest or heart pain, breathlessness or severe headache.

As part of its new programme of work focusing on professionalism, the RCP will be running a series of four free workshops in partnership with the GMC.
