Professor Jane Dacre is president of the RCP, an honorary consultant physician and rheumatologist at the Whittington Hospital in north London, and director of UCL Medical School in London.

Dr Makani Purva is the founder director of simulation at the Hull Institute of Learning and Simulation, president of the Association of Simulated Practice in Healthcare (ASPiH), and is the chair of the Standards for Simulation based education committee.

Crawford Jamieson has 17 years’ experience as a consultant gastroenterologist and is currently medical director for the Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust.

Dr Chapman has been a consultant in palliative medicine for over a decade, and currently holds the position of medical director at the Marie Curie Hospice in Liverpool. 

Dr Calvert is an Oxford and Harvard University graduate, with a PhD in Respiratory Epidemiology. He is currently working as a consultant respiratory physician at the North Bristol Lung Centre and associate medical director at the North Bristol NHS Trust.
