Nathan is a Student and Foundation Doctor Network (SFDN) representative and third year medical student currently studying at Hull York Medical School.
Paul is the principal European adviser to the Royal College of Physicians of London (RCP) and RCP representative to the Brussels-based European Public Health Alliance (EPHA), and is also an honorary fellow of the RCP.
Dr Tennant, who recently completed the MSc in Medical Leadership, explains how the course made her a better leader and why she would recommend it to others.

Dr Jung is a consultant neurologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and is also the director of the Leeds Regional Motor Neurone Disease Care Centre. She is an honorary senior lecturer at the University of Leeds School of Medicine.

I undertook the MSc in Medical Leadership between September 2011 and September 2014, completing it in 3 consecutive years while working as a full-time specialty registrar in acute medicine.  I believe I was the first person who was not a consultant to complete the course.

I completed the MSc in Medical Leadership in October 2012, having studied for it over 2 rather than 3 years.  I graduated with the first cohort on this programme in 2013.
