National COPD Audit Programme: PREM workstream 2015

What we are doing

Patient experience sits at the heart of healthcare provision and is a core component of quality and service improvement.

This workstream consisted of a 1-year project which involved identifying, exploring and piloting PREM tools and methodologies and considering the practicalities/feasibility of collecting PREM data in primary care, secondary care and pulmonary rehabilitation. It engaged patients through focus group activities and pilot work. The National COPD Audit Programme PREM feasibility report is available to download.
