The RCPQI breakthrough collaborative series includes evidence-based, topic-specific courses which allow NHS teams to come together to learn about quality improvement methodology whilst implementing improvement projects relevant to their organisations.
Our 12-month topic-specific quality improvement courses, consisting of three 1-day learning sessions plus supporting action periods and webinars, are designed for multidisciplinary teams. The courses are designed for small multidisciplinary teams (consultants, junior doctors, nurses, administrators, managers, patients etc) and each one focuses on a specific clinical specialty or condition.
Full details of future courses – including dates, cost and details on how to book – will be available below as they are finalised.
