RCPQI: Collaboratives and workshops

Produced by:

RCPQI runs educational courses for clinicians and their teams who are interested in learning more about various aspects of quality improvement.

Our 9-month topic-specific quality improvement courses, consisting of three 1-day learning sessions plus supporting action periods and webinars, are designed for clinicians and their teams. They take participants through the basic ideas and theory of quality improvement, as well as the key methodologies used to plan and implement a quality improvement project.

The courses are designed for small multidisciplinary teams (consultants, junior doctors, nurses and allied healthcare professionals) and each one focuses on a specific clinical specialty or condition.

Full details of future courses – including dates, cost and details on how to book – will be available as they are finalised.
