RCP survey highlights 'unsustainable' reliance on unpaid doctor time to deliver NHS Advice and Guidance scheme

New data from the Royal College of Physicians reveals a widening gap between the amount of NHS Advice and Guidance work that physicians are being asked to deliver and the time allocated for it in their job plans, with many reporting that they complete this work in the evenings and on weekends.

Swansea Bay University Health Board’s pulmonary rehabilitation service has become the first pulmonary rehabilitation service in Wales to achieve accreditation through the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Scheme (PRSAS), which is hosted by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).
