Patient-related information from the Improving Lung Cancer Outcomes Project (ILCOP).
ILCOP teams collected patient experience three times during the project: before starting the bespoke programme of quality improvement activities (2010), half-way through the programme (2011) and towards the end (2012). As one of the project measures was the results on this new patient experience survey, we asked teams to share their locally developed resources and examples of good practice so that learning was transferred across our 30 sites and improvement could be noted in the final project patient survey. Below you will find the ILCOP patient experience survey, as well as those resources that team shared amongst themselves. Don't forget to check the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation website, where more booklets and factsheets can be found.
